We often forget that the world is beautiful and despite all the havoc there is still a lot of love, delight and happiness around. Here are some happy simple reminders to think about when you get distracted from what is really important.

1. Worrying Will Never Help:

“Worrying is like a rocking chair. It gives you something to do but doesn’t take you anywhere.” –Van Wilder

Worry does not lead you anywhere, it simply puts your health in danger and consequently everything gets disturbed. Do what you can, bring change where possible but don’t panic and hasten. Things take time; nothing can happen in the blink of an eye.

2. Failure Is Never Constant:

“Failure is an event not a person. Yesterday ended last night.”- Zig Ziglar

One can never expect to be succeeding all the time. Failure is a vital part of our life. The best lessons in life are learned from the worst situations. Doing something and failing is much better than not trying anything. The most successful people of the world were once a failure. (Read more: Failure to Success Stories of Some Famous People)

3. After Every Difficulty There Is Ease:

“No pressure, no diamonds” – Thomas Caryle

The leaves of the tress fall in autumn. This does not mean that the tree will never blossom or bear fruits, like wise facing a difficult time does not mean that you will forever be in the same state. Always hope for the best and sooner or later you will be out of the stressful situation.

4. Reality Is The Opposite Of Your Fears:

“The scariest moment is often just before you start” –Stephen King

Fear of failing, losing, not doing better does not allow us to achieve our goals. We lose our focus. I used to experience moments of fear but once I was into the situation, nothing went wrong. I was able to smoothly carry out the task and realize that it was just my doubt. Don’t let your fear prevent you from moving forward.

5. Today Is A Present:

“Forever is composed of nows.” ― Emily Dickinson

Today is a blessing. Make the most of this day as time is running. It does not wait for anyone. Do not miss today’s chance of doing anything that makes you or your family happy. Want to plan a dinner, play with the little ones, go for an outing or cook something special? Don’t wait for the weekend. Who knows whether the opportunity can be availed tomorrow or not. Someone said it rightly ‘Yesterday is a history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift that’s why it is called the present.’

6. Believe In The Beauty Of Your Dreams:

“The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams” –Eleanor Roosevelt

All the successful people you admire started off with a small dream. Those who believe in their dreams can pass any hurdle that comes in their way of success. Never underestimate the significance of your little dreams. If you want to do something, you will be able to do it, just begin it.

8. Have Faith In Your Thinking:

“There are three classes of people; those who see, those who see when they are shown and those who do not see” –Leonardo da Vinci

Do what you think in your heart is good for you. Let’s start seeing with our own eyes. Let’s not be a slave of others dictations. Make your own choices. Live your own dreams. Walk your own road. But bear in mind, this all goes for the negative people we have all around us in our society. On the road to your own vision, always have regard for your closed ones and don’t be selfish here because relationships are not made for selfish people.
